Can I cancel my membership at any time?
No. Your tradie should never charge you more for using finance. The only fees are Brighte’s own account keeping fee ($2.30/week) and a one-off $75 establishment fee on your first repayment. There is no interest.
Does the 10% discount apply to emergency callouts?
Yes. The 10% lifetime discount applies to all services, including emergency and same-day callouts. It is applied automatically when we process your job, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.
What does the annual safety inspection cover?
Our licensed tradies will inspect your home’s key systems including plumbing, visible electrical components, and gas fittings (where applicable). You’ll receive a written report with any recommended actions. The inspection takes approximately one hour.
How does priority booking actually work?
When you call or book online as a member, our dispatch system flags your booking as priority. You are placed ahead of non-member bookings in the queue, meaning you get a tradie sooner — particularly useful during peak periods or for urgent jobs.
