Yes. For all non-emergency jobs, we provide a written quote for your approval before any work commences. For emergency callouts where immediate action is required, we will advise you of expected costs as quickly as possible and follow up with a detailed invoice.
Can we set up spend limits or approval thresholds?
Absolutely. We can configure spend thresholds per property or per job type as part of your account setup. Any job exceeding your nominated limit will require your approval before we proceed.
Do you provide certificates of compliance for strata records?
Yes. All licensed tradespeople provide the appropriate certificates upon job completion — including compliance certificates for gas and electrical work, as well as photos and job reports. These are delivered digitally and are formatted to suit strata record-keeping requirements.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies across our portfolio?
We operate 7 days a week with after-hours emergency availability. For strata partners, emergency jobs are dispatched as a priority. Response times vary depending on location and time of day, but our target for genuine emergencies (burst pipes, gas leaks, total power loss) is within 2 hours.
