Common Questions About Joining the Team

For our trade positions, a full NSW licence is required. However, we encourage apprentices and those nearing completion to submit an expression of interest — we occasionally have opportunities for those in their final stages of training.

Once your application is reviewed, we’ll arrange an interview (usually phone or in-person). Successful candidates go through a structured induction covering our systems, safety protocols, and processes. Most team members are fully onboarded within the first two weeks.

Yes. As a same-day service provider, we operate 7 days a week. Weekend and after-hours shifts are available (and paid at appropriate rates) for those who want them. We work hard to accommodate preferences around work-life balance.
